Practice Pāthshālā

Independently created practice resource. Practice Pāthshālā is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NCERT, CBSE, or any school or examination board. Our papers are original material written to align with curriculum topics. They are not published, approved or endorsed by any board.

1. Who we are and who you are agreeing with

Practice Pāthshālā ("Practice Pāthshālā", "we", "us", "our") is a product of Mandee Labs, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can reach us at crew@mandeelabs.com.

"You" means the adult account holder. By creating an account or downloading a paper, you agree to these Terms. When you continue, we keep a server-dated record of your adult confirmation and the versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

• You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter a contract in India.
• The account belongs to an adult: a parent, a guardian, or a teacher.
• A child may not create or hold an account. A child may use the papers, and may sit with you while you use the service, but the account and everything done through it are yours.
• If you are a teacher or tutor using the service for students in your care, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at crew@mandeelabs.com if you think someone else has access.

3. What the service gives you

Practice Pāthshālā provides original, downloadable practice papers and answer keys for Classes 1 to 7, written to align with curriculum topics.

Everything in the library is currently free to download once you have an account. There is no paid tier and no payment is taken. Where the site mentions future paid plans, those are not available and nothing you do on the site will charge you.

We may change what the library contains and how much of it is free. If we introduce a paid tier, we will publish updated Terms first, and the change will not apply retrospectively to anything you already have.

4. How you may use the papers

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the papers for personal or classroom educational purposes only.

You may: download them, save them, print them, and give them to your own child or to students you teach.

You may not:

• sell, resell, rent, sub-license or otherwise commercialise them;
• upload or re-host them on any file-sharing site, paper bank, coaching portal, app or public website;
• remove or alter our branding, watermarks or disclaimers;
• use them, in whole or in part, to train or fine-tune any machine learning model;
• scrape, bulk-download, automate access to, or systematically extract the library or the catalogue.

We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the papers, the answer keys, the site, the brand and the mark. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

5. No guarantees about results

These are practice resources to support revision. We make no claim or promise of marks, grades, rank, results or improvement of any kind, and we do not represent any school or examination board. Our papers are aligned to curriculum topics. They are not predictions of any actual examination.

6. What we ask you not to do

Do not attempt to break, probe or bypass the security of the service; do not use another person's account; do not attempt to reach papers or files other than through the normal interface; do not overload or disrupt the service; and do not use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Suspension and closing your account

You may close your account at any time by writing to crew@mandeelabs.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is being used to redistribute our papers, or where we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you first.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may update, pause or discontinue features, or the service as a whole. Because the library is currently free, we do not owe you a refund if we do, but we will give reasonable notice where we can so you can download what you want to keep.

Download and keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that:

• We provide the service on an "as is" basis and do not give implied warranties beyond those the law requires.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, marks, results or academic outcome.
• Because the service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim connected with it is limited to ₹5,000.

10. Your indemnity

You agree to reimburse us for any claim, loss or cost we reasonably incur because you used the service in breach of these Terms, in particular where you redistributed or commercialised our papers.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. In short: an adult's email address, and nothing about your child. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and effective date at the top will change. For any change that materially affects your rights, we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email to your account address before it takes effect.

13. Grievance redressal

If something goes wrong, write to our grievance officer:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

If you are not satisfied, you may approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction, or the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a consumer forum where you live.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Clauses 4, 5, 9, 10 and 14 survive the end of your account. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
